Recipe Ingredients for Potato Soup 2

1002 grams Potatoes, Boiled
1 serving (Friendly Farms) Almond Milk , 1 cup (Aldi)
1 cup Peas, Green
3 Celery
3 Carrots
1 cup Vegetable Broth
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Potato Soup 2

  1. Saute celery, onion, and carrots until soft. (veg broth or olive oil)

  2. Dice and boil 6 med potatoes.

  3. Mash potatoes.

  4. Add almond 1.5 cup almond milk.

  5. Add 1.5 cup veg broth.

  6. Add veg mix and green peas.

  7. Season

  8. Simmer for 30-60 mins.

  9. Serve.
