Recipe Ingredients for Potato soufle

600 g potato, Mashed, Home-prepared, Whole Milk And Butter Added
100 g cheese, cheddar, grated
2 eggs
50 ml cream, fresh

Recipe Directions for Potato soufle

  1. Prepare potatoes and put in casserole dish.

  2. Break eggs in bowl and beat.

  3. Add grated cheese and cream and mix.

  4. Pour cheese over potatoes and spread evenly.

  5. Cook in oven at 180 degrees C or gas mark 6 until cheese mixture has risen and is golden brown.

  6. Serve.
