Recipe Ingredients for Potato sliver stir fry

200 grams Potato, Flesh And Skin
2 tbsp Oil, Peanut
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Potato sliver stir fry

  1. cut potato into slivers as small and long as possible.

  2. leave in lightly salted water for a few minutes to get starch out

  3. drain as well as you can

  4. season the wok

  5. put in the oil, heat on medium high heat and fry the chilli and flower pepper until fragrant. Do not burn.

  6. put in the drained potato slivers and stirfry at the highest heat possible until cooked.
