Recipe Ingredients for Potato Skins

4 baking potatoes
6 oz. cheddar cheese
1 oz. bacon, chopped
2 oz. sour cream

Recipe Directions for Potato Skins

  1. Bake potatoes and let cool.

  2. Cut potatoes into quarters and scoop out centers.

  3. Deep fry skins in oil until crispy.

  4. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet and top with cheese, bacon and sour cream.
