Recipe Ingredients for Potato Salmon Patties

14.75 oz Salmon, Pink
0.5 cup Egg Beaters
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs Garlic and Herb
0.25 cup Potatoes, Mashed, Dehydrated, Flakes
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1/4 tsp Celery Salt
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Potato Salmon Patties

  1. In a medium bowl, mix salmon, egg beaters, bread crumbs, potato flakes, onion celery salt. Form the mixture into 6 balls and flatten into patties about 1/2 inch thick.

  2. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. In batches, cook patties about 5 minutes per side, until lightly browned.
