2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
8 oz salmon
8 oz processed cheese

Recipe Directions for Potato Salmon Au Gratin

Melt butter in skillet. Cook onion, add flour. Whisk in milk. Boil 1 min, while stirring. Add cheese and melt. Add drained salmon. Arrange half of sliced potatoes in dish. Pour 1/2 salmon mix. Repeat. Bake 30 min at 350
