Non-mayo, very delicious potato salad.

Recipe Ingredients for potato salad (vinegar and mustard)

644 grams red potatoes
25 g shallot, chopped
1/2 cup sliced black olives
4 tbsp+chopped chives
1/5 cup olive oil
2 T apple cider vinegar
1 T dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove minced garlic

Recipe Directions for potato salad (vinegar and mustard)

  1. Clean and chop potatoes to desired size. Boil until tender. Refrigerate.

  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients, mix in potatoes after cooled.

  3. Serve
