Use 1 bunch green onions or 1/4 sweet onion if preferred. 1 envelope Good Seasons mix. Serving 1 cup.

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Salad (sm)

8 Potatoes
8 Eggs
3 ounces Red Wine Vinegar
16 g Italian Dressing
1/4 Red Onion
2 stalks of Celery
1/2 Bell Pepper (green, red or yellow)
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
4 tablespoons Mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Potato Salad (sm)

Clean, and boil potatoes with eggs for 30 minutes. Cut up potatoes, slice eggs and put in a bowl. Marinate potatoes and eggs with vinegar and good seasons dressing mix. Let sit for 1 ? 2 hours. Add cut up vegetables, mustard and mayonnaise. Mix and let chill 4 ? 24 hours.
