Standard, no eggs. Add mustard to dressing if you prefer (I do!)

Recipe Ingredients for Potato salad

2 lbs potatoes
1/2 onion, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
3 stalk,+small+5"+long celery ribs
1 apple, chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp capers
1 Salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Potato salad

  1. Chop, boil, drain and cool potatoes.

  2. Chop remaining vegetables and apple.

  3. Mix dressing in bowl.

  4. Toss dressing with vegetables. Let sit 30 minutes before serving.
