Recipe Ingredients for Potato Salad

3 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
208 grams Egg, Whole
50 grams Shallots
3 serving Keen's- Traditional Curry Powder
115 g Pauls- sour cream extra light
117 g Praise- Italian Dressing
60 g SW- Whole Egg Real Mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Potato Salad

  1. Dice up potatoes and boil till tender.

  2. Finely dice shallots.

  3. Hard boil eggs

  4. Mix together 1/2 cup of italian or french dressing with 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/4 cup of mayo and 3 (1.5) tsp of curry powder.
