Traditional southern potato salad

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Salad

26 1/2 ounces yukon gold potatoes
4 large eggs
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup sweet relish
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/2 tablespoon Country Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup hellman's mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Potato Salad

  1. boil potatoes and eggs

  2. combine all remaining ingredients while potatoes and eggs cool

  3. once potatoes and eggs cool, dice eggs and stir into dressing mixture

  4. chop potatoes and fold into mixture
