Delicious potato salad with lots of parsley and dill

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Salad

3 lbs red potatoes, diced
67 g flat leaf parsley, minced
14 g fresh dill , minced
211 g mayonnaise
91 g shallots, minced
125 g celery, chopped
83 g hard boiled egg , chopped

Recipe Directions for Potato Salad

  1. Steam potatoes until tender. Steaming retains more nutrients than boiling,but takes longer

  2. Mix everything else together and let rest while flavors meld

  3. Toss potatoes with dressing

  4. Garnish with parsley and egg slices
