Recipe Ingredients for Potato Salad

525 grams Russet Potatoes (3-4 small)
3 large Eggs (Hard Boiled & Mashed)
1/2 cup Lite Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Relish
2 1/2 tbsp Cider Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Potato Salad

  1. Cook potatoes and eggs.

  2. Mash eggs, mix with cooked diced potatoes.

  3. Combine remaining ingredients and refridgerate 1 hour or more.
