This potato salad is Bok Choy is different as it does not contain mayonnaise. But has a tangy taste due to mustard powder and sesame oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Salad

100 g boiled potato
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp maple syrup
30 g bok choy
20 g parsley
30 g red bell pepper
50 g green onion

Recipe Directions for Potato Salad

  1. prepare dressing by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, mustard powder and maple syrup.

  2. Boil potatoes, cool and peel; cut in chunks.

  3. Cut Bok Choy in bit size pieces.

  4. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl.
