Potato salad with yogurt and olives

Recipe Ingredients for Potato salad

5 potato
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green pepper
3 eggs, hard boiled
8 oz fat free yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon mustard
15 oz black olives

Recipe Directions for Potato salad

  1. Boil potatoes and eggs until done and cool

  2. cube cook potatoes and chop eggs, and vegetables

  3. add yogurt, mayo, mustard and olives. Mix well. Add salt and pepper
