egg and mustard and lots of crunchy vegies Miracle Whip is the good taste mayo don't have.

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Salad

2 medium potatoes
35 g sweet peppers
40 g green peppers
28 g celery
65 g onions
2 eggs
2 oz mustard
5 tbsp Miracle whip
3 tbsp pickle relish

Recipe Directions for Potato Salad

  1. boil potatoes and eggs.

  2. potatoes should firm but easy to pierce

  3. Mince all vegetables

  4. Peel potatoes and shell eggs

  5. mix in large bowl with hands or large spoon

  6. Add mustard, relish and Miracle Whip

  7. salt and pepper to taste

  8. smooth out top and sprinkle paprika over the top.
