This is a bad-ass salad, don't make it! But my boyfriend loves it and now and then I have a little spoonfull....

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Salad

13 g Real Mayonnaise
1 oz Creme Fraiche
1 cup, solid or chunks Tuna, Light, Canned In Oil, Drained Solids
50 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
3 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
1/2 Can Sweetcorn
1 tbsp Parsley
1 large Egg, Whole
2 cup Baby Potatoes

Recipe Directions for Potato Salad

  1. Boil the potatoes until cooked but still firm. Hard boil the egg as well.

  2. Chop the red pepper & parsley into small pieces.

  3. Drain the tuna and chop it up a bit.

  4. Fry or grill the bacon

  5. Mix all of the above with the mayo and creme fraiche.

  6. Black pepper to taste
