Homemade. I usually use either russet or red skin potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Salad

2 lbs potatoes
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1 cup diced celery
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3 hard boiled eggs
1 salt, pepper and dill as desired

Recipe Directions for Potato Salad

Boil the potatoes until soft. Cube them. Peel the eggs, dice them. Then throw all ingredients together in a bowl and mix. Chill for a few hours. Enjoy.
