3/4 c onion & bell pepper. 1 envelope Good Seasons, Serving 1 cup.

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Salad (lg)

3 1/2 lbs red potatoes
12 eggs
1/2 c white wine vinegar
16 g Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
2 T dijon mustard
2 c celery
160 g red onion
149 g bell pepper
1/2 c mayonaise

Recipe Directions for Potato Salad (lg)

Boil potatoes & eggs until done. Cut up potatoes into bowl & marinate in half the vinegar, mustard & Good Seasons mix for at least 30 minutes. Slice eggs onto potatoes & add the remaining marinate. Let stand 30 minutes longer. Chop & add celery, onion & pepper. Mix in with mayonaise. Refrigerate over night.
