Recipe Ingredients for potato salad (cook's illustrated)

32 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
3 tsp Sea Salt
1 fl oz White Vinegar, Distilled, Organic
1 3/5 oz Celery
1 1/4 oz Red Onion
3 11/20 oz Mayonnaise
1/20 oz Mustard Seed, Yellow
1/5 oz Spices Celery Seeds
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for potato salad (cook's illustrated)

  1. cut potatoes. bring to a boil simmer 8 minutes, drain. Toss with vinegar while still warm.

  2. Mince veggies and egg, combine all other ingredients.

  3. When potatoes have cooled to room temp, stir in the remaining ingredient mix. Cover and chill.
