Recipe Ingredients for potato salad with beans and peppers

1 cup light miracle whip
1/2 cup sweet relish
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp chili pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
2 small green bell peppers
1 small red onion
8 small red potatoes
1 tsp cilantro
5 eggs, hard boiled
7 1/2 oz black beans

  1. skin and boil potatoes until soft

  2. hard boil the eggs.

  3. chop all everything and combine everything except the potatoes in a separate bowl. Gently fold in potatoes.
