Recipe Ingredients for Potato Salad for an All Day Party

2 1/2 lbs potatoes
3/4 cup olive oil
2 tblsp sugar
4 tblsp apple cider vinegar
1 tblsp onion powder
6 cloves garlic
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Potato Salad for an All Day Party

  1. Peel and dice potatoes, place in water bring to a boil

  2. Boil 12-15 minutes or until fork tender

  3. Drain and place back in hot pot

  4. Pour olive oil and all other ingredients in a small bowl, mix well

  5. Drizzle over hot potatoes and allow to soak in

  6. Serve warm, serve cold or serve room temp because it's delicious any way you make it!
