4.3 approx. Potatoes Assorted Fingerling Potato Bag
0.33 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 serving Onion (Chopped) 1 oz
1 tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
3 tbsp Fresh Frozen Chopped Parsley

Recipe Directions for Potato Salad 1

  1. Boil coarsely chopped potatoes, in 1/2" of water in a saucepan, til fork tender, about 10minutes. Darin off water.

  2. Add onion and chopped parsley. Sprinkle with olive oil and rice vinegar. Toss together well.

  3. Season to taste if desired.

  4. Serves one.
