Recipe Ingredients for Potato and Rosemary Pizza

2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp yeast
0.66 cup warm water
1 tsp pepper
2 potato, medium
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh rosemary
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Potato and Rosemary Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Slice potato as thinly as possible while still being quick. Put on a plate and microwave at one minute increments until they are soft.

  3. While doing the above, roll out your dough. After dough is rolled out, lightly drizzle the top with oil, sprinkle with some of the rosemary and pepper.

  4. Layer potatoes onto dough. drizzle with remaining oil.

  5. Sprinkle remaining salt and rosemary. Pepper to personal preference over all.

  6. Bake 15 minutes.
