Recipe Ingredients for potato and pumpkin soup

200 g pumpkin
350 g butter beans
4 potatoes
1 zucchini
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 clove garlic
2 cups water
125 g creamed corn

Recipe Directions for potato and pumpkin soup

  1. bring to boil all ingredient excepting the butter beans, zucchini and corn

  2. boil 20 mins

  3. purree with corn and butter beans

  4. add zuchini then heat

  5. serve warm
