This is like a thick potato pancake casserole!

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Pudding (Kugelis)

6 red potatoes, peeled and grated
1 onion, medium, grated
1/2 pound bacon, cut in small pieces
1 cup Skim Milk
3 T. flour
3 eggs
1 Salt
1 Pepper

Recipe Directions for Potato Pudding (Kugelis)

  1. Peel onion, potatos and grate fine.

  2. Fry bacon til semi crisp.

  3. Add bacon, drippings, flour, eggs, milk, salt & pepper to taste.

  4. Turn into casserole. Bake, about 40 minutes until golden brown.
