Recipe Ingredients for Potato-Peas side dish

1 Potatoes, tomatoes, green peas, 2 tbsp oil, chillies, bell pepper, onions, salt

Recipe Directions for Potato-Peas side dish

  1. To 2 tbsp oil, add green chillies/pepper and onions. Add potatoes ( thinly sliced) after onion is medium fried.

  2. Add tomatoes and allow to cook in low heat for 12 minutes.

  3. Add peas and bell pepper and salt to taste.
