Recipe Ingredients for Potato Pancakes

2 cups raw grated potatoes
2 eggs, well beaten1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Potato Pancakes

  1. 1. Combine potatoes and eggs and stir in the remaining ingredients.

  2. 2. Drop by spoonfuls onto a hot greased skillet into small cakes. Brown on both sides
