Like Chicken shake'n'bake, but with vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Potato, Onion and Pepper Shake'n'Bake

1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Onion Salt

Recipe Directions for Potato, Onion and Pepper Shake'n'Bake

  1. Boil all vegetables until slightly soft

  2. Place in zip-lock with season salt and olive oil

  3. Shake and then Bake until lightly brown (or to your liking)
