Frozen Peirogis with broccoli and walnuts

Recipe Ingredients for Potato and Onion Peirogis

3 serving potato and onion peirogis
3 cups broccoli florets
3/4 cup onion
1/2 cup walnuts
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Potato and Onion Peirogis

  1. Boil 12 oz bag of peirogis with broccoli for 5 minutes and drain well

  2. Cook onion in 2 tablespoons of olive oil in covered pan for 5 minutes to soften

  3. remove lid and add walnuts and crushed red pepper

  4. Add peirogis and broccoli

  5. add salt and pepper to taste

  6. cover with last tablespoon of olive oil.
