Recipe Ingredients for potato and onion frittata

6 eggs
1 onion
3 potato
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for potato and onion frittata

  1. Cup potato in small cubes, parboil in salted water.

  2. Chop onion.

  3. Saute potato in oil until it is lightly browned. Be careful not to let the potato fall apart. Stir frequently.

  4. Add onion to potato and continue cooking until soft.

  5. Mix eggs and milk. Beat lightly.

  6. Add egg mix to saute.

  7. Cook covered until eggs set.

  8. Place plate over pan and turn it over. Eggs should leave pan easily.
