1/4 c cheese
2 oz green onions, sliced
2 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled

Recipe Directions for potato nachos

  1. preheat oven to broil

  2. cut up bacon and cook

  3. slice potato into wedges, boil, remove before fully soft

  4. grate cheese

  5. slice or chop green onions

  6. slice potato into wedges

  7. place potatoes on cookie sheet or oven safe dish, cover with other ingredients, put into preheated oven until cheese melted and other ingredients warmed up
