Indian style potato masala to eat with Poori, Chappatti , Roti etc

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Masala Indian

6 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
8 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
2 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
6 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Potato Masala Indian

  1. Boil potato separately and skin them.

  2. Medium heat olive oil in frying pan.

  3. Fry chpped onion, jalapeno,tomato.

  4. Dump peeled potato and crush and mix all in the frying pan.

  5. Lastly add cilantro chopped.

  6. Serve hot with Poori etc.,

  7. About 8 servings
