Recipe Ingredients for Potato Logs with Rosemary

910 grams Potato, Flesh And Skin
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
3 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
5 cloves, raw Garlic

Recipe Directions for Potato Logs with Rosemary

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Cut potatoes lengthwise in 8ths.

  3. Mince garlic.

  4. Combine other ingredients and toss with potatoes in large bowl.

  5. Bake on flat cookie sheet 25 minutes and stir.

  6. Bake another 25, till crispy brown.

  7. Serve immediately.
