Potato, leek, white corn, onion, garlic, creamed soup

Recipe Ingredients for Potato, leek, white corn, onion, garlic, creamed soup-1 cup=serving

10 potato, red
1 leek
1 white onion
1 yellow onion
3 cups white sweet corn
10 cloves garlic
20 cups water
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cups sliced celery
4 cups water
2 large carrots

Recipe Directions for Potato, leek, white corn, onion, garlic, creamed soup-1 cup=serving

20 cups water in large pot boil potatos, leatk, white onion, white corn, and garlic for about 3 hours. Slice celery and yellow sweet onion and boil separately in the 4 cups of water about 30 minutes. Using a food processer cream the first batch boiled in the 20 cups of water ( except not the carrots, remove them and eat separately as they are only to help sweeten the both,) adding the olive oil a little at a time as creaming small batches at a time. Rinse out the big pot and put the creamed potato mixture back in that pot. Then add the water and cooked celery and onions without creaming them. Stir together and serve. The following is not incluced in the nutritional values for this recipe: I like to use a couple doloops of my homemade uncheese spread ( sesame tahini, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, a little potato soup all blended together) and sprinkle with my own mix of seasoning (nutritional yeast, tumeric, basil, sage, oregano, Ms Dash table blend.)
