3 cups leeks
2 1/4 pounds russet potatoes
6 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp bouillon
8 g thyme

Cooking Light recipe, changed whipping cream to Half & Half, skipped cheddar toasts, and used russet potatoes instead of Yukon.
