Recipe Ingredients for potato and leek soup

600 g leeks
2 tsps olive oil
100 g onions
600 g potatoes
900 ml water (with chicken stock cube)

Recipe Directions for potato and leek soup

  1. fry leeks and onions in oil (about 5 mins)

  2. Add potatoes and water (or stock)

  3. Add seasoning

  4. bring to the boil

  5. simmer for 30 mins

  6. puree or leave rough
