actually you are supposed to add two stalks of celery with the rest of the veggies, but it does not hurt if you have not got any. add salt and pepper in the end. nice with homemade bread and some yoghurt.

6 grams Garlic
1 serving Organic Carrots
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 tbsp Mediterranean Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, Organic
1500 grams Organic Vegetable Stock
