Recipe Ingredients for Potato, green bean and asparagus salad

4 medium potatoes
1 cup frozen green beans
1/2 lb asparagus
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon sugar

Recipe Directions for Potato, green bean and asparagus salad

  1. Cut potatoes into chunks. Cook potatoes on stove top in boiling water for 10 mins, add in asparagus and green beans in last minute.

  2. While potatoes cook mix olive oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, parsley, basil and oregano. Salt and pepper to taste.
