Fried potatos with egg custard on top

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Fritatta

4 small potatos
4 large eggs
1 large white onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp of olive oil
4 tbsp milk
2 tsp dill
1 tsp dried herbs
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
311 grams canned corn
1/4 lb mozzerella

Recipe Directions for Potato Fritatta

  1. fry up the sliced potatos, onions and garlic

  2. beat up the eggs and milk with the herbs

  3. When the potatos are soft, add the egg mixture and the mozzerella

  4. bake in a 350 degree oven for 5 minutes or until the eggs are set
