breakfast (anytime) basing my meals on 2 to 3 a day and shooting for 2000 calories with max amount of satisfaction (full belly, but under calorie goal).

Recipe Ingredients for potato & egg breakfast

453 g baked potato
4 eggs
2 tbsp oil
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for potato & egg breakfast

  1. microwave potatoes until done. set aside

  2. fry eggs in 1tsp oil ( non-stick pan).

  3. mash down on potatoes with heel of hand, cut open.

  4. or make them however you want. chopped, rough mash, etc.

  5. fry in leftover oil until desired crispness
