Recipe Ingredients for Potato, edamame, and cucumber salad

1 lb potatos
1 cup edamame
1 cucumber
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon ginger

Recipe Directions for Potato, edamame, and cucumber salad

Steam edamame and potatos for 12 minutes. Cut up cucumber smix inot edamame and potatoes. Mix dressing ingredients with wire wisk pour over salad. Stir and serve.
