1 potato
1/4 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for The Potato Dish

  1. Chop potato and onion. Mince Garlic.

  2. Fry potato in oil until gold brown and soft. Add a lid and steam the potato if necessary to soften quicker.

  3. Add onion. Continue to cook.

  4. When onion begins to brown, add garlic and salt to taste. When you can smell the garlic it is done.
