Recipe Ingredients for Potato Curry with Beef Broth

4 1/2 lbs white potatoes
10 cups beef broth
3/4 cup red lentils
2 cups green beans
1 cup peppers
1/2 cup onions
2 tbsp curry powder

Recipe Directions for Potato Curry with Beef Broth

  1. Saute onions and peppers

  2. Add curry powder

  3. Add lentils, beef broth, potatoes and green beans

  4. Bring to boil

  5. Simmer for 20 minutes or until lentils are disolved and potatoes are tender

  6. Serve over white or brown rice
