Potato needs to be sliced almost see-through on a cheese grader (the large slicer). One potato should cover an entire baking pan. Make sure to grease pan.

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Crisps (Homemade Fries)

1 medium Potato
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 tablespoon Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Potato Crisps (Homemade Fries)

Lay aluminum foil in baking pan. Grease pan. Slice potato just more than paper thin. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper. Put in oven for 20 minutes on 350-375. Should be crispy like potato chips.
