1 small Onions
3 serving blue bonnet light
2 Potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 can (303 x 406) Corn, Sweet, Yellow
6 serving evaporated milk vit d added
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for potato and corn chowder

Put blue bonnet light and chopped onions and celery in pot and cook until tender. then add diced potatos with skin and one can of corn. cook on med-low heat until potatos are soft..salt and peper as desired.
