This is a quick and easy soup that my family loves. It makes a great meal at the end of a long day.

Recipe Ingredients for Potato Corn Chowder

3 large potatoes, cut into 1" cubes
1 1/2 cups corn
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup cream of chicken soup
4 oz. bacon, cooked and drained
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Potato Corn Chowder

  1. Cut bacon into 1" pieces, cook and drain. Reserve for garnish.

  2. Mix in a large pot all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer until potatoes are soft. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with crumbled bacon and serve.

  3. Makes 4 servings.
