Recipe Ingredients for Potato Corn Chile Chowder

4 cups chicken stock
1 lb chicken breasts
1 lb frozen corn
1 large onion
2 tbsp olive oil
4 medium potatoes
2 cups carrots
8 oz chopped green chile
1 1/2 cup heavy cream

Recipe Directions for Potato Corn Chile Chowder

  1. Saute onions and garlic in oil.

  2. Add chicken and stock and cook until chicken is tender

  3. Add potatoes and carrots and cook until potatoes are done.

  4. Add chiles and cream. Heat through

  5. Salt and pepper to taste
