Using potatos for thickening, this is a gluten free soup.

Recipe Ingredients for potato clam chowder

6 medium raw Red Potato
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
3 medium stalks Celery
2 cloves, raw Garlic
8 fl oz Milk
6 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 cup Clams
3/4 cup Clams
0.67 tbsp Coconut Oil

Recipe Directions for potato clam chowder

Grate two potatoes and 1/2 of the onion. Add 6 cups water and simmer potato and onion till it begins to thicken. Cut up 4 medium potatoes and chop remaining onion, slice celery thin. Add potatoes to thickened mixture and simmer till tender. Mince garlic. Saute garlic in coconut oil on low heat till lightly brown. Add remaining onion and thinly sliced celery. Saute until tender. Add 1 cup canned milk to potatoes and thickened mixture. Add sauteed garlic and onion to mixture. Add clams last. Lightly salt to taste (optional.)
