Quick and flavorful main vegetarian dish..adjust chili to suit the amount of heat you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Potato and Chickpea Curry

4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 cup(250 g) Peas Chick
2 large Onions
1 cup slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
6 medium Russet Potato
5 piece Spices Whole Chili Peppers
4 tsp Cumin
1 tsp, ground Cardamom
6 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Potato and Chickpea Curry

Heat oil in good sized pot, add crushed garlic and thinly sliced onion and cook until onion is translucent. Add cubed tomato and spices and cook until nice aroma. Add cubed potato and canned chickpeas and cook until potato is tender. serve with rice and natural yogurt on the side.
